Dandelions

The weekend is coming and it is always good to spend some time entertained with your little ones. And if this involves making a handicraft that you can then use to decorate a corner of your house...even better still!

MATERIALS

APLI felt

APLI pipe cleaners.

APLI sticks

APLI scissors

APLI glue

STEP 1

Cut a strip of felt and continue cutting pieces as large as you wish the petals to be for your dandelions. When you have it, make a gradient in the size of the flaps, since the smaller they are in the centre and as they go outwards, you can make bigger ones

STEP 2

Take a pipe cleaner and roll it around a wooden stick. This is what we will make the stem with.

STEP 3

Roll the piece of felt, starting with the narrowest part of the stick. Add a few drops of glue to make sure it sticks properly.

STEP 4

Give shape to your dandelion petals with green felt.

STEP 5

Stick it around the petals and the stalk.

And now you have it....now make as you want!
