Happy Mother's Day!

      Sunday is Mother's day and we want to surprise her with something special yet very simple. Let´s get to work to create a little vase for mum. She might take it to the office and give a touch of colour to the grey of the office and we´ll help brighten up her day each morning. MATERIALS - Apli washitape - Apli coloured and wooden buttons - Apli glue (white glue or instant adhesive) - Flower stickers - DINA4 paper - Flowers - Glass bottle STEP 1 We select an Apli Washitape print that goes with the colour of our bottle. If it is transparent you can paint it white with paint or fill it with earth or coloured stones. Imagination rules! STEP 2 We paste a Apli wooden button onto the Washitape that will go around our bottle. We can paste it with instant glue if in the company of an adult to help it stick faster. Sunday is already here and there is no time to lose! STEP 3 We have chosen a flower for the vase to go with the colour of the wooden button. We have also come up with a message of congratulations to accompany the vase that is very quick and easy to make. We draw the word "mum" with the washitape and write our message for her with a marker. We decorate any blank spaces with Apli flower stickers. Look at how gorgeous they are and how they perfectly frame our message of congratulations. Write something nice inside and makes sure to hide your gift properly until Sunday morning.
