Returning to school means children's birthday celebrations. Today we are going to show you how to make these confetti shooters apt for children, but also lots of fun for festivities such as San Juan or New Year's Eve. Well, they are sure to be as successful as Coca-Cola in adult's birthday parties as well...

MATERIALS

APLI Scrapbooking paper

APLI Party Kit

APLI adhesive tape

APLI scissors

Paper roll cardboard centres

Colored balloons

STEP 1

Cut the balloon with the scissors in such a manner that the part for blowing is a bit longer than the round part.

STEP 2

Wrap the cardboard roll with adhesive tape.

STEP 3

Stick the longer part of the cut balloon to the roll. Cut a piece of scrapbooking paper the same size as the paper roll.

STEP 4

Stick the paper to the roll, covering the balloon as well.

And now you have it... easy, wasn't it? Now you only have to fill it with Party Kit and stretch the balloon well, and...Booom!
