Saint George bookmark

Blog-Punto-libro
Punt_Llibre3 This dragon feels like gobbling down stories rather than beautiful princesses. He is the book devourer. To celebrate book day and Saint George, we are offering this fun handicraft that should not fail to help little ones to pick up a love of reading. What do you need? Keep reading… Punt_Llibre1 MATERIAL - Eva green, white, black, red foam - Apli scissors - Apli instant adhesive (better for your parents to stick this on so that your fingers don´t get glue on them) - Ruler and pen   STEP 1 We draw the stencils for the triangles on a DINA4 sheet of paper. This will be much better to ensure we don’t make any mistakes when cutting the Apli Eva foam. First we make a diamond and then a single triangle with the same measurements as half of the diamond. This part will make up the head. Punt_Llibre7Punt_Llibre8 STEP 2 Now we are going to do the eyes. We draw a perfect round circle with the Eva foam and then draw a crescent to create the eyelid with the Eva green foam. Here comes the fun part, where you decide if you are sad or angry, all depending on how you hang them over the eyes! Punt_Llibre6 STEP 3 Now we are going to do the tongue. To do this we will use the Eva red foam. We draw a triangle with the same proportions as the triangle that we used for the face of the dragon, only a little smaller. Just a little bit. Punt_Llibre5   STEP 4 Now it is time to paste all the pieces together with Apli instant adhesive. Remember that you only have to paste the head around the sides, leaving an opening between the front and the back of the head. This hollow is where the page of the book will go. Punt_Llibre4 PASO 5 Choose a story, start reading and when mum calls you for dinner, put your dragon bookmarker at the end of the page so you can pick up reading where you left off later! Punt_Llibre2
