STEP 1

Cut out all the pieces with the scissors. The inner cut of the large piece is made with the cutter. The size of the pieces will depend on the book it is to go with.

STEP 2

Stick the little hat and pompom on.

STEP 3

Paint the eyes, cheeks and hat with the Deco pen.

STEP 4

Use the stickers to make the mouth and the shirt.
